Benign prostatic hyperplasia
Mr Sut welcomes private referrals in Fitzwilliam Hospital in Peterborough where he offers broad range of urological services. He sees patients with private insurance as well as self-funding patients. Clinics are conviniently scheduled on Tuesday evenings and alternative Saturday mornings.
Problems with passing urine affect significant part of male population. While it is most commonly caused by benign condition it is worthwile to be checked for presence of prostate cancer. Michal offers complete diagnostics, medical management and if necessary surgical treatment for voiding problems.
Mr Sut is currently working on developing Holmium Laser Enucleation of Prostate (HoLEP) service in Peterborough. During his specialty training we was taught this technique by some of the UK's and Europe's top HoLEP surgeons and he is dedicated to bring this service to local patients.
Mr Sut re-introduced surgery for kidney cancer to Peterborough City Hospital. He is a part
of kidney cancer SMDT (sub-specialist group meeting) in Addenbrookes Hospital. Michal
offers comprehensive diagnostics and assessment of any suspicious kidney mass.
Mr Sut may offer Laparoscopic Nephrectomy ("key-hole" removal of kidney).
Occasionally other treatment is more suitable or preferred by the patient in which case
Mr Sut will assisst in appropriate arrangements to be made.
Open Partial Nephrectomy (open removal of part of kidney).
Open Radical Nephrectomy (open removal of kidney).
